Help make GDLpc available to all Ontario Teachers & Students!
In Ontario, OSAPAC (Ontario Software Acquisition Program Advisory Committee) is responsible for the purchasing and distribution of educational software. If you are interested in Genomics DIgital Lab: Plant Cells, but rather see it adopted by the
Ontario Ministry of Education (i.e., all Ontario classrooms would be able to access it for free or in addition to purchasing), please fill out an OSAPAC Needs Assessment Survey. The survey can be found on the OSAPAC website (click here) and can be completed in about 5 minutes.
Navigating OSAPAC's website and completing the survey
1. Click on "welcome" (ou "bienvenue")
2. Click on "OSAPAC Survey" on the sidebar
3. Click on the link in the first box under software requirements
4. Fill out form, click on “proceed to software survey”
5. Select the grade level your interested in using this software for (it seems to work best for 7&8, 11, & 12, but could prove useful in other grades) and science.
6. Select “Simulation" for Software type and enter "Genomics Digital Lab: Plant Cells” for Software title.
Access the survey directly by clicking here.
Thank you for your support and helping to bring technology into Ontario classrooms! |
